At The Casco School, we believe that the early years lay the essential foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Guided by the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, our Preschool programme is a holistic, play-based, and bilingual journey that nurtures each child’s curiosity, confidence, and creativity.

Our Philosophy

Every child is unique, and we honour that uniqueness. Our experienced Early Years team creates a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore. Through child-led learning experiences in both English and Spanish, we develop language skills, cultural awareness, and social-emotional growth from the very beginning.

The EYFS framework focuses on learning through play, recognising that children learn best through hands-on exploration and real-world experiences. Our curriculum provides children with a solid foundation in essential skills while nurturing independence, resilience, and joy in learning.

Children are encouraged to ask questions, solve problems, and express themselves through purposeful activities that integrate early literacy, numeracy, and scientific discovery in fun and engaging ways. This ensures a smooth and confident transition into the more structured learning of Year 1.
